If you run an online store, it can be hard to get people to buy. There are many people who will only take action if you have a time limited special offer, so here are some ideas to help you get your stock moving. Could you:

  • Include a free sample of something new with every order for a limited period?
  • Create a bundle offer – buy item A and we’ll include item B for half the usual price?
  • Use supermarket tactics: buy one get one free etc?

Spend some time this week looking at what other businesses offer as sales promotions. Which ones might help your business? Make a plan and schedule in when you will implement each sales promotion.
